Tanla Platforms’ Karix to launch whatsApp LTS service for redBus

Karix Mobile wholly owned by Tanla Platforms has announced the launch of WhatsApp Live Train Status (LTS) for redBus as part of its redRail programme.

This service will allow visitors across India to access all intercity passenger trains in the country via WhatsApp to get updated information on their location, running status, ticket confirmation and arrival.

Travelers can also use redRail to track their live locations while on the road and share them with family and friends. WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging networks in the world, with millions of Indian users.

As a result, it was an easy choice as the preferred platform for the LTS app. Since the service is based on WhatsApp, there is no need to install any additional software other than WhatsApp.

Karix-powered WhatsApp Business Platform enables redRail LTS to initiate customer interactions and pass messages initiated by customers to the redRail platform to process incoming customer requests.

Furthermore, the powerful WhatsApp platform supports redRail’s mission by providing increased delivery rates, improved analytics, and a 3D rendering of full conversations taking place with consumer ROI metrics.

To take advantage of the redRail service, passengers just need to send a WhatsApp message to the number. As a result, a flow of chatbots has begun, instructing the user to provide a PNR for a reservation or which train number to watch.

At around 1.35 pm, Tanla rigs were trading at Rs 814.90 a piece, down 1.78% from its previous close of Rs 829.65 on the Bahrain Bourse. The stock touched the highest and lowest prices of the day at Rs 823 and Rs 795.55 respectively.
