The IO Emobility Blade One is a stylish and simple carbon e-bike. The stylish city e-bike is equipped with a powerful battery with a range of 110 km and a 250W motor with a torque of 48Nm.

The new IO Emobility Blade One is an exciting base made of carbon, which should be a good character especially in the city. All driving elements are subtly hidden in the lightweight carbon frame, which means the e-bike (including the battery) weighs just 19kg.
At just 14.6kg, the Thömus Lightrider E Ultimate isn’t the top value, but it’s still nicely lightweight. The 250W motor on the rear wheel foot, which was developed specifically for IO Emobility, provides pedal assist up to 25 km/h. Five different levels are available via the pedal assist on the handlebars.
The Blade One doesn’t have a gearshift lever at all. The e-bike selects 48Nm of torque itself and adjusts the gear ratio accordingly to transmit power to the rear wheel.
Seamlessly integrated into the frame, the LG’s 36 V, 10.4 Ah battery can be removed for charging when needed and, at the lowest level of assistance, comes with a range of up to 110 km.
SMART AND COMFORTABLE
The IO Emobility Blade One’s wide handlebars accommodate a permanently mounted LC display. This informs, for example, of the charging status and speed and also has a charging port for the smartphone.
The Blade One sits on KENDA’s narrow 28-inch city tires, which have particularly low rolling resistance. A high-quality gel saddle provides a high level of comfort even on long cycling rides.
The braking is equipped with fully integrated hydraulic brakes from Tektro, which should have high braking force even in adverse weather conditions. In addition, the headlight integrated with the design with 40 lux ensures that you see well even in the dark and you can see everything important in front of you. At the back there is a space for the Selle Royal light, which can be activated via the push switch.
Price and availability
Front is the e-bike in high-gloss white or black and you want to impress with a clear, high-quality design. The recommended retail price is €2,199, but you can currently get the IO Emobility Blade One directly from the manufacturer at the pre-order price of only €1,899. In addition, IO Emobility offers separate mudguards for the front and rear for 39 euros.
